I found the location excellent, directly across from a charming park with a zoo. The tram stop was also conveniently located nearby. The room included useful kitchenware. I enjoyed the big, comfortable bed.

The access system using a QR code had some initial glitches .

The staff was helpful and friendly. The room included bathrobes, slippers, and coffee. The tram stop is right next to the hotel, providing easy access to the city center in just ten minutes. Check-in and check out were very easy and efficient.

The qr code worked intermittently at both the entrance and the room door. This caused some minor inconvenience.

I found the kitchenette very convenient. It included a coffee machine and basic cooking equipment. The nearby tram stop was a bonus. Route 14 takes you straight to Centraal Station. I used the complimentary bathrobe and slippers.
